Individual, couples, and family therapy and medication management

for high-pressure lives, at every stage

Running at full speed but losing yourself along the way?

You’re in the right place. I'm a psychiatrist for people who live big, push hard, and want to know what's underneath it all. I work with founders, entertainment professionals, athletes, and anyone living under pressure, along with the kids and teens growing up in those worlds. I also support new parents with medications and therapy to navigate pregnancy and the postpartum period with a new little one.

As a former competitive dancer and consultant to major studios and tech companies, I know high-stakes settings from the inside. Together we'll explore you, your child, or your family’s inner worlds and relationships while also striving to achieve the little and big dreams by using deep psychodynamic work alongside practical tools and medication when it helps. I treat burnout, anxiety, exposure to trauma, OCD, depression, ADHD, and the big transitions, on your schedule, online or in person.

Modalities: psychodynamic and attachment focused therapy, executive functioning skills, CBT, DBT, IPT, ACT, TF-CBT, ERP for anxiety/OCD, couples (EFT), dyadic and family therapy, medication management

I do not accept insurance. I can provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients.
